Rebecca N. Desnoyers
Rebecca received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2009 and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. Rebecca studied abroad in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, and is fluent in Spanish. Her experience working in the area of immigration law began in 2001 as a Paralegal at a nationally recognized immigration law firm in San Francisco. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk for a Minneapolis immigration law firm and as a Certified Student Attorney with the William Mitchell Law Clinic, where she won an asylum case in immigration court. After law school, Rebecca practiced in the area of immigration law with another firm in Minneapolis. In 2016, Rebecca joined Myers Thompson as an Associate Attorney where she works exclusively on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant filings.
